Credit Card Fraud

 

Please note that all credit cards are charged at the time of checkout as to help prevent fraudulent order. Please do not order unless you are sure you have the correct products and permissions. If you do need to cancel an order please see the refund policy.

 

You are not allowed by any means to make a purchase with someone else credit card, even with consent. If you are caught violating this policy we will forward the transaction to the proper authorities in your region. We take credit card fraud very seriously and will file charges. All transactions are logged with IP Addresses and we will use any means to have violators prosecuted, no matter how small the transaction.

 

AUTHORIZATIONS HOLDING FUNDS ON ERRORS OR DECLINED TRANSACTION

Card issuing banks assign authorization codes that validate availability of funds for the merchant until the transaction is settled. Sometimes there isn’t a problem with the card itself so it is still assigned a code to reserve funds but the transaction is stopped by your fraud tools so it goes into Error status in your terminal or gateway. The funds being held under the authorization code affects the customer’s available balance but they are not actually charged if you do not settle the transaction. If not used, the codes will eventually expire and release funds on hold but you can try expediting the process by calling the issuer and asking them to cancel the authorization code sooner. Declined cards are not approved by the issuer and do not receive authorization codes.
