Returns:
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item within 30 days for a complete merchandise refund or exchange. All returns must be unopened and contain the original packing material; TampaMedSupply will only pay return shipping costs if returned items were shipped in error. If the customer orders the wrong item, we will accept the return as long as it is in resell-able condition less shipping fees and a 25% re-stocking fee.
CANCELLATIONS:
We strive to process and ship your order out the same day it is ordered so that it is received in an expedited manner.
If you decide to cancel your order, please do so by sending an email request immediately, otherwise we cannot guarantee to stop an order from shipping.
